  1. 22 October 2026 Three more error pages, and bots that find their token
    • New error pages for the version 3 security policy (the old one-line format, and 'unsafe-eval' or a CDN address in script-src) and for discord.js “An invalid token was provided”.
    • Chrome extensions: the check now takes 'unsafe-eval' and website addresses out of the security policy, so the manifest loads, and marks the code that needed them.
    • Discord bots: every process.env name the code reads now goes in .env.example, and the dotenv lines are removed because npm start loads .env itself. Before, a bot reading process.env.TOKEN got an empty token.
    • Pasting a whole Node.js crash, stack trace included, now finds the error in it.

  2. 22 October 2026 Four Chrome extension errors from Chrome’s own source
    • Error pages for “requires manifest version of 2 or lower”, blocking webRequest, “Permission is unknown or URL pattern is malformed” and “Invalid value for web_accessible_resources”, each checked against Chromium’s source code.
    • "webRequestBlocking" is now taken out of the updated manifest, since Chrome ignores it in version 3, and the blocking code is still marked Check.

    New pages: 'browser_action' requires manifest version of 2 or lower, 'webRequestBlocking' requires manifest version of 2 or lower, Permission is unknown or URL pattern is malformed, Invalid value for 'web_accessible_resources[0]'

    • The box now reads error messages too: paste one on its own and you get why it happens and what to do, or paste it with your code to see both.
    • Error message pages, each with the exact text, the cause, the fix and its sources.
    • What changed: a dated list of the platform changes after which ChatGPT’s code stops working.

    New pages: Manifest version 2 is deprecated, Service worker registration failed.     • Paste the code ChatGPT gave you: Chrome extensions, userscripts, Discord bots and bookmarklets. It finds what the code is, updates the lines written for old versions, packages it and shows install steps for your device.
    • Everything runs on the page in your browser. Your code isn’t uploaded.
